Returns and Refunds

Our customer ‘s satisfaction is our top priority.
On Trilabshop.com you can excercise your right of withdrawal. It’s easy and free.

According to art.64 of the law 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any explanation within 10 working days from the date he received the order. To receive a full refund the Customer must return the items in the same condition to which he received them.We will not refund products which have been opened.

According to art.64 of the law 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code, the Consumer can exercise his right to return the items by contacting us - within the specified period - via registered mail. You can also send us a fax (0421.72644) or an e-mail (customercare@trilab.it), but we still need a registered letter, confirming that you want to cancel your order, within the following 48 h. 

A refund will be authorised by Trilab S.r.l. only if the product was returned within 30 days from the date in which the Consumer communicated to Trilab Srl the cancellation of the order.

Return conditions

The Consumer can exercise his right to return the items he ordered by sending us - within 10 days from the date in which he received the order - an e-mail at customercare@trilab.it co, SPECIFYING:

  1. his intention to exercise his right to return the items, according to art.64 of the law 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code);
  2. the list of the products he wants to return;
  3. the order number referred to returns;
  4. address where we can collect the items you want to return;
  5. time (at least a 3-hour time span) and day in which we can collect the items you want to return;
  6. the mode of payment he used for the order and, in case of bank transfer, the number of the Consumer’s current account.

After that, the items will be collected at Trilab’s expenses on the day and at the address selected by the customer.

Concerning the returned items:

  • they have to be sent in the same condition to which the Customer received them (not opened or damaged), in their original package, including all their tools, the users’ guide and the purchase receipt;
  • cosmetics must be unopened and in the original package;
  • please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund products which have been opened or tampered with.

The cost incurred by you in returning the item to us is at your charge; you can choose the delivery service you want. We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. In case of damaged items,  we will not authorize the refund.

As soon as we receive the items, we check them and, in case they are in the same condition to which the Customer received them, we will refund you. Please allow 30 working days from the authorisation of your refund, for it to show in your bank account.
