Do you want to receive your parcel ASAP? In order to avoid delivery delays due to undelivered goods, we advise you to give us the address of the place where you spend the most part of your day (e.g. workplace) or where there is someone who can collect the parcel for you. Moreover, we advise you to give us your mobile phone number for the delivery service.

Please remember that orders placed and paid within 12.30 pm (UTC+1) are shipped before close of business, 6pm (UTC+1) - except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Otherwise, we will ship your order within the next working day.

We cannot foresee the exact delivery times as the time may vary depending on reasons beyond our control - e.g. strikes, bad weather conditions, holidays. For this reason, customers are not entitled to any refund on delivery delays.
